So I’ve been on a huge Paleo kick recently and decided to look up easy Paleo pancake recipes online. I found this awesome 5 ingredient pancake recipe that hit the spot that I needed for my sweet fix! I love that it was so easy to make and it made me feel like I was eating regular good ‘ol pancakes but without the added guilt and resentment for eating junk food! This recipe only have 5 ingredients and tasted so good, especially with almond butter, coconut flakes, and even chocolate chips if you want to add those in there as well! I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I did, it took less than 10 minutes to make and filled me up!

* INGREDIENTS *
- 2 smashed bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- almond butter (optional)
- shredded coconut (optional)
- strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (optional)
Combine the 2 smashed bananas, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp of coconut flower, 2 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tsp of vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Set on a medium temperature skillet sprayed with coconut oil. Makes 3 pancakes! Top with almond butter, shredded coconut and/or seasonal fruit. ENJOY!
