How to Slay Your Guilt, Queen!

October 26, 2017October 23, 2017 Bossfidence-Admin Leave a comment
Happy Almost Friday Lovelies!!
Today I’m gonna help you slay your guilt, Queen!! Too often I hear women say things like, “I never get time to myself” or “I need a break!”
You are in control of you Queen!! We ladies HAVE GOT TO start:
1 | Sticking the f*ck TOGETHER!!
2 | Realizing our worth!!
3 | Putting ourselves first!!
Here are 9 Ways to Slay your Guilt Queen!!
1 | BE HONEST
Be honest with yourself and with other people. Be honest about how you really feel and about who you really are. The healthy people in your life will be fine with it.
2 | SAY NO IN A CHARMING WAY
Start saying “No” to the things that you really don’t have time to do. Say no in a way that makes the other person laugh or understands why you are saying no. (Again, the healthy people will be fine with it)
3 | STOP THINKING ABOUT THE WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN
   A) The Law of Attraction is a real thing
   B) So is the self fulfilling prophecy
   C) Tons of research that shows that our thoughts have an effect on our actions
4 | STOP JUDGING
Stop judging yourself, and stop judging other people! It’s not your job or responsibility, and when we judge other people and ourselves we mostly are focusing on the negative aspects. That never leads to anything good. So just nip that in the bud now!
5 | WORRYING
Worry serves ZERO purpose! It only affects us negatively! If bad enough can literally affect your health!
“Worry is like walking around with an umbrella waiting for it to rain.”
“Don’t believe every worried thought you have worried thoughts are notoriously inaccurate.” -Renee Jain
6 | PERMISSION TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST
Give yourself permission to take care of yourself first! You deserve it! You are a better person when you do this!
7 | GIVE UP ON TRYING TO BE PERFECT!
We all know that perfection is a goal that is unreachable. So to set goals that require perfection from you, ultimately sets yourself up for failure. When you don’t reach this goal that you have set, then you start to feel unworthy.
8 | SQUASH SELF DOUBT
Self doubt needs to be stopped as soon as it starts!! It only grows and continues to get worse if you don’t!
9 | CONTROL FREAK NO MORE!!
You will never, ever, be able to control EVERYTHING!! You only exhaust yourself, and you’re probably pissing people off around you, whether you realize it or not and whether they admit it or not.
When you fail at controlling everything you then blame yourself for not being able to, KNOWING you were never going to be able to in the first place!!
“Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.” -Kahlil Gibran
Start taking care of yourself, Boss Babe! Start TODAY! Start by putting you as number ONE!!
Stay strong Queen!!
Be you
Do you
Love you

After a time she heard a little pattering of feet in the distance, and she hastily dried her eyes to see what was coming. It was the White Rabbit returning, splendidly dressed, with a pair of white kid gloves.
