You wouldn’t think Rose Water would be a trick to reducing puffy eyes, but if you use the secret a la the Parisian Women you’re in luck. You will need cotton rounds, Rose Water, Ice. Soak the cotton rounds in rose water. Place each cotton round on a bowl of ice. Let chill for a minute and then apply under the eye. Your eye area will feel instantly soothed and your puffiness will be gone.
This is one of the quickest and easiest ways to de-puff. Take two teaspoons and place them in the freezer. Keep them in there until you need a quick go to for saying bye bye to those bags. Just make sure you test the spoon on your hand so that its not too cold for your eye area.
