Peppermint Mocha
- 3 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1.5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
Grab a medium sized mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together adding the essential oil last. This skin will give your skin a beautiful glow and invigorate the senses with the cool peppermint.
Store extra in an air tight mason jar or, scrub the back of your legs and booty with it to help with cellulite reduction!
Makes 2 servings
Peppermint Swirl
*This recipe uses a lot of store bought ingredients to make it soooo much easier than having to bust out a double broiler and yadah yadah.
- 1 cup of scent free body lotion (determine thickness based on skin care needs)
- 4 tablespoons of melted coconut butter
- 4 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops of red or green food coloring (optional)
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together adding the essential oil last. Store extra in an air tight mason jar and ENJOY!
Makes multiple servings based on usage.
Candy Land Bath Soak
- 1 cup scent free Epsom salts
- 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of course sea salt
- 1/2 cup of baking soda
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops of red or green food coloring (optional)
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix all ingredients to together adding the essential oil last. For additional festivity add some drops of food coloring to give it character. Store in an air tight mason jar and sprinkle 1/2 cup of mixture into a hot bath.
Makes 2 servings!
